Pre-Match Training Instructions
 
Hello and thank you for taking the time to take your Pre-Match Training before you meet your new Little Brother or Sister. This training is not only necessary to finish the match process, but it will really help you learn some of the basics of being a Big Brother or Sister.
Our Pre-Match Training is easy! It's just like being in a classroom in front of the teacher. Simply watch the video courses. At the end of the courses, you can then take the quiz. The quiz is easy too. It's multiple choice and in some cases simple true or false.

To get started, simply click the GET STARTED button on the front of the website. There's no need to register. Watch each video in sequence. Once a video is complete, click the continue button. Each video ranges between 2 and 7 minutes. There are 16 video lessons in all. This training should only take you about an hour to complete, including the quiz at the end. If you have to come back to continue watching video lessons and pick up where you left off, simply click the "RETURNING USERS" button on the homepage.
When you get to the quiz, you will be asked to input only three things: Your name, birthday (using the 01/01/1985 format) and your email address. There are 26 questions, six (6) of which require you to imput a LESSON ID found at the end of six(6) different videos. You must complete the quiz in its entirety once you get started. Once complete, it will send a notification alerting us that you completed the quiz.
